Bruno Pancho had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Roque Kaiet's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After the first half Los Cardos Fútbol were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Bruno Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Lindqvist in the 54th minute of play. After 56 minutes, Diego Vigil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Gloriosos F.C and the Los Cardos Fútbol players grew even worse after the yellow card. Diego Vigil hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 58 minutes of play Los Gloriosos F.C's Diego Vigil was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 59th minute, Diego Vigil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Los Gloriosos F.C booed when Los Cardos Fútbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Kaiet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Los Gloriosos F.C's Diego Tancredo got a free kick in the 70th minute. Haroldo Cidro hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Eleuterio Belo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Roque Ekaitz's late challenge caught a Los Cardos Fútbol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roque Ekaitz helped the player get up and apologised. Michael Lindqvist succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Michael Lindqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robustiano Socorro kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Serafino Peter made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Pancho. Los Gloriosos F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Los Cardos Fútbol's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
