The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gervasio Balasi struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. But to his dismay, Bonifacio Gaufred quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Antiuyo's Atilano Mitxel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Cordarryl in the 15th minute of play. After 15 minutes, Gualterio Fonso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ojeda RDA and the Antiuyo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Atilano Mitxel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Cordarryl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Antiuyo's Santiago Nardo got a free kick in the 24th minute. After a rather tough play, Antiuyo's Horacio Quinten got a free kick in the 31st minute. Damian Bermudo might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atilano Mitxel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damian Bermudo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Antiuyo's Emiliano Jokin got a free kick in the 56th minute. The Ojeda RDA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernan Mikeldi should have stopped the shot. Horacio Quinten hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Santiago Enekoitz struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Atilano Mitxel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ojeda RDA.
