In the 8th minute Filomeno Ireno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Baldovino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Casas FC booed when Laboulaye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Asur didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 11 minutes, Benigno Luke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laboulaye and the Casas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Laboulaye's Ulises Baldovino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Ireno in the 18th minute of play. Fausto Gervaso struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Freddy Silbestre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laboulaye. Baldomiro Cedro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Silbestre having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Narcis Lupașcu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laboulaye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narcis Lupașcu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filomeno Ireno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulises Baldovino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Ireno in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Lucero in the 40th minute of play forced Laboulaye's goalkeeper Ulises Baldovino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomero Lucero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Casas FC's Serafin Maidana got a free kick in the 44th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomero Lucero in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulises Baldovino saved Laboulaye from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Filomeno Ireno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ulises Baldovino made a huge save. In the 54thth minute of the game Fausto Gervaso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casas FC's Freddy Silbestre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Laboulaye's Alberto Firmo got a free kick in the 60th minute. Baldomiro Cedro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 played minutes Casas FC got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Maidana. The throw-in from Florentino Ortzi in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Laboulaye's Baldomiro Cedro. When Elpidio Enekoitz came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Casas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Enekoitz couldn't finish the play. Elpidio Enekoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mateo Jenaro hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
