Filomeno Rojelio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the game, Evelio Indartsu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CARP AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JESSE VENTURA the free kick. After 39 played minutes CARP AFC got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Indartsu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melquiades Tavio in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filomeno Rojelio saved CARP AFC from getting behind. After 41 minutes CARP AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Desiderio Sandaili who took care of the corner kick. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Sasoin couldn't finish the play. During the 75th minute of the match Evelio Indartsu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Evelio Indartsu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 76th match minute, CARP AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Indartsu to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute Washington Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Rojelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melquiades Tavio might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filomeno Rojelio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melquiades Tavio ran back to his position shaking his head. Washington Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Rojelio having to interfere. CARP AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Washington Torres scored to the left of an out of position Filomeno Rojelio, making the score, 0-3.
