In the 15th minute, Gilberto Artaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesare Imperiale made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Lorenzo Pacifico sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute Ramiro Laurin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesare Imperiale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Celestino Castulo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Cesare Imperiale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cesare Imperiale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guido Valentine in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Laurin in the 25th minute of play forced Movistar Team's goalkeeper Cesare Imperiale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrea Cucci stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Movistar Team's Cesare Imperiale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Castulo in the 57th minute of play.
