A collision led to Club Atletico Claypole getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Remigio Haimar hit a great ball. In the 40thth minute of the game Mario Fertus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Claypole's Eulalio Palben was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C.A.Estudiantes's Mario Fertus got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eulalio Palben took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Benvide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remigio Haimar's late challenge caught a C.A.Estudiantes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remigio Haimar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Claypole's Remigio Haimar got a free kick in the 44th minute. C.A.Estudiantes's Mario Fertus got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Danilo Beremundo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mario Fertus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danilo Beremundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Eulalio Palben made a huge save. With a little luck, Club Atletico Claypole's Eulalio Palben got control of the ball when Danilo Beremundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Danilo Beremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Haimar got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. If Danilo Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.A.Estudiantes's Teo Sancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Mendez in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Lucio Duardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Claypole's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.Estudiantes the free kick. With a little luck, Club Atletico Claypole's Eulalio Palben got control of the ball when Danilo Beremundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Danilo Beremundo struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Eulalio Palben didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Estudiantes. 78 minutes in the game, Mario Fertus fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eulalio Palben having to interfere. If Danilo Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Claypole's Christian Nisio got a free kick in the 84th minute. Mario Fertus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Atletico Claypole's Eulalio Palben proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Claypole from getting a goal against them. Eulalio Palben made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Fertus in the 95th minute of play. Club Atletico Claypole's Lucio Duardo got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Lucio Duardo off the ground. C.A.Estudiantes played a much better game than Club Atletico Claypole and deserved their victory. The Club Atletico Claypole players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
