Club Sportivo Rufino's Honorio Laurin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Mikolas in the 40th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Weterio made a kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Club Sportivo Rufino's goal looked a bit too open when Reine Håkansson came free, but Honorio Laurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Bartolo Hug had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorio Laurin. Club Sportivo Rufino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolo Hug was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 68 minutes into the match, Club Sportivo Rufino's goal looked a bit too open when Reine Håkansson came free, but Honorio Laurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Weterio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Gualterio Luar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Honorio Mikolas scored 4-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Honorio Laurin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Club Sportivo Rufino made a substitution. Generoso Leheren replaced Gregorio Aragones. Gualterio Luar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Ixaka, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute.
