Cayetano Ur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Gorri having to interfere. Ildefonso Jusepe kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Cabernet Tinto Club's Pablo Timo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fidel Demario. Fidel Demario yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 11th minute, Pablo Timo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Ur in the 13th minute of play forced Cabernet Tinto Club's goalkeeper Arnoldo Gorri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Casimiro Arias got free with Fidel Demario in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnoldo Gorri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Ur in the 19th minute of the match. Racing Club's Fidel Demario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. Arnoldo Gorri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Txartiko in the 24th minute of play. Fidel Demario was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arturo Bemabe. Casimiro Arias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pablo Timo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Demario having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Teodoro Dimo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cabernet Tinto Club's Jesus Mincho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 37 minutes into the match, Cayetano Ur notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cabernet Tinto Club's Arnoldo Gorri. Arnoldo Gorri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pablo Timo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fidel Demario came out and tried to block the shot, but Pablo Timo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 41st minute. Fidel Demario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Timo in the 45th minute of play. If Roque Opilano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After a rather tough play, Cabernet Tinto Club's Claudio Vistruario got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Fidel Demario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Arias, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Timo came free, but Fidel Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ildefonso Jusepe fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Racing Club's protests and gave Ildefonso Jusepe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Jusepe to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the game, Casimiro Arias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Fidel Demario was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 74 played minutes Cabernet Tinto Club got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Urbasa. Arnoldo Gorri acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 75th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Teodoro Dimo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Ur in the 79th minute of play forced Cabernet Tinto Club's goalkeeper Arnoldo Gorri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 played minutes Cabernet Tinto Club got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Vistruario. Fidel Demario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Timo in the 91st minute of play.
