Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Vinalito AFC's Leonides Remir started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Paragüil's Melchor Ramirez in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vinalito AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Tomas Gilabert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Iruinea in the 7th minute. Carlos Iruinea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Tomas Gilabert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Luix in the 10th minute of play forced Paragüil's goalkeeper Horacio Uxio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Melchor Ramirez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tomas Gilabert, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Vinalito AFC's zone, Melchor Ramirez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Gilabert came out of the goal and Melchor Ramirez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Carlos Iruinea came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Paragüil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Iruinea couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Gregorio Transito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute of the match Omar Tabor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Horacio Uxio skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Vinalito AFC's Tomas Gilabert got control of the ball when Carlos Iruinea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vinalito AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Melchor Ramirez scored to the left of an out of position Tomas Gilabert, making the score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonides Remir in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Uxio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes into the game, Dante Felipo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paragüil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vinalito AFC the free kick. In the 37th match minute, Paragüil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Felipo to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Gilabert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Ramirez in the 41st minute of play. If Melchor Ramirez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
Aaron Macias hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melchor Ramirez in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Gilabert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 58 minutes into the match, Melchor Ramirez notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Vinalito AFC's Tomas Gilabert. Tomas Gilabert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Paragüil's Zeledon Gartxot got a free kick in the 61st minute. Tomas Gilabert came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Paragüil's Carlos Iruinea. But to his dismay, Carlos Iruinea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. If Carlos Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melchor Ramirez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Tomas Gilabert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 minutes, Aaron Macias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vinalito AFC and the Paragüil players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vinalito AFC's Aaron Macias got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Vinalito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Iruinea came free, but Tomas Gilabert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Luix kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Roque Ado's late challenge caught a Vinalito AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roque Ado helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 played minutes Paragüil got a freekick which was hit by Roque Ado. Vinalito AFC's Tomas Luix got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Horacio Uxio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonides Remir's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Horacio Uxio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Luix in the 82nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Melchor Ramirez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paragüil's supporters rose to their feet, but Melchor Ramirez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Gilabert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Venancio Marino managed to get in a good position for a shot.
