Arlindo Perez came out of the goal and Norberto Tartalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of C.A Alumni booed when Nonogasta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Otsoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nonogasta AFC's zone, Ezequiel Hechter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustín Almendra came out of the goal and Ezequiel Hechter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, Nonogasta AFC's Segundo Egun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arlindo Perez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 27th minute Jeremias Blasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, Norberto Tartalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nonogasta AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Tartalo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arlindo Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Egun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd match minute, Nonogasta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Aguilera to maneuver through the defense. When Norberto Tartalo came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Nonogasta AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Tartalo couldn't finish the play. Segundo Egun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arlindo Perez having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Fausto Charro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jairo Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arlindo Perez having to interfere. Segundo Egun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Arlindo Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Nonogasta AFC's zone, Marco Basajaun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustín Almendra came out of the goal and Marco Basajaun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jairo Bastiaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Nonogasta AFC's Norberto Tartalo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Norberto Tartalo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nonogasta AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto Tartalo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arlindo Perez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Segundo Egun got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 96 minutes into the game, Jairo Bastiaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nonogasta AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A Alumni the free kick. Jairo Bastiaro kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Nonogasta AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C.A Alumni.
