When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Amadeo Oskitz took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Marco Urbasa to make any attempt to save it. Chapanay's Marco Urbasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Chapanay from getting a goal against them. Paolo Maxin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Marco Urbasa made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Atauri in the 98th minute of play forced Chapanay's goalkeeper Marco Urbasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Guardia Imperial's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
