HOCICOS FC's Guido Crescencio got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baldomero Lartaun kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Pedro Barrionuevo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidio Jaizki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Gonsalve in the 11th minute of the match. Baldomiro Saturnin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ovidio Jaizki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Barrionuevo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Jaizki having to interfere. HOCICOS FC's Pedro Barrionuevo got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fuerza de la Unicion's Ovidio Jaizki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Cresitobalo in the 23rd minute of play. Guido Crescencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Jaizki having to interfere. Generoso Gonsalve received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ovidio Jaizki came out and tried to block the shot, but Generoso Gonsalve slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 29th minute. The supporters of Fuerza de la Unicion booed when HOCICOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Saturnin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Fuerza de la Unicion's Nicolas Selmo got a free kick in the 34th minute. If Guido Crescencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Baldomiro Saturnin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Baldomiro Saturnin came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the HOCICOS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomiro Saturnin couldn't finish the play. If Primitivo Naldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Generoso Gonsalve made a kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Federico Celipe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HOCICOS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Celipe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guido Crescencio took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidio Jaizki. Ovidio Jaizki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 63 minutes into the game, HOCICOS FC's Generoso Gonsalve nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Jaizki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 66 minutes into the match, Generoso Gonsalve notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Fuerza de la Unicion's Ovidio Jaizki. Ovidio Jaizki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guido Crescencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Jaizki having to interfere. Enzo Lluterio's late challenge caught a HOCICOS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Lluterio helped the player get up and apologised. Ovidio Jaizki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Crescencio in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Aquiles Cresitobalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HOCICOS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Cresitobalo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Generoso Gonsalve's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ovidio Jaizki was relentless in the 86th minute of the game.
