Ovidio Jaizki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Garci, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Fuerza de la Unicion's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Sansone came free, but Ovidio Jaizki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaudencio Cuarto made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Nicolas Selmo sent off a good shot on target. 18 minutes into the game, Silvio Sansone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ovidio Jaizki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Gilberto Distiratsu fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vaselina FC's protests and gave Gilberto Distiratsu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, one of Vaselina FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vaselina FC. When the match had been going on for 25 minutes, Fuerza de la Unicion's Igor Mambru got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gaudencio Cuarto. 32 minutes into the match, Eliseo Garci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidio Jaizki. Fuerza de la Unicion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseo Garci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Silvio Sansone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ovidio Jaizki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseo Garci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidio Jaizki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Ovidio Jaizki came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Vaselina FC's Eliseo Garci. But to his dismay, Eliseo Garci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Eliseo Garci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ovidio Jaizki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Fuerza de la Unicion players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vaselina FC were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramiro Valerio was the one to do the kick off. Gaudencio Cuarto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Selmo in the 52nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Eliseo Garci fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ovidio Jaizki, passed just outside the right post. Silvio Sansone got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-4 in the right cross in the 63rd match minute before Ovidio Jaizki had time to react. Nicolas Selmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Gaudencio Cuarto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidio Jaizki made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Silvio Sansone sent off a good shot on target. Ovidio Jaizki came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Vaselina FC's Silvio Sansone. But to his dismay, Silvio Sansone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. After a rather tough play, Fuerza de la Unicion's Valentin Galtero got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Silvio Sansone lined in a short shot 1-8 behind a frustrated Ovidio Jaizki. When the match was over Vaselina FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fuerza de la Unicion throughout the match.
