Cipriano Evangelista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Cebrian in the 26th minute of play. Octopus CW's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Cosme Cebrian scored to the left of an out of position Cipriano Evangelista, making the score, 1-0. In the 35th minute, Cristo Milian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aston Villa F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With a little luck, Octopus CW's Cipriano Evangelista got control of the ball when Cristo Milian tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47th minute, Cosme Cebrian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristo Milian made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Cristo Milian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Evangelista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 played minutes Octopus CW got a freekick which was hit by Felix Heli. If Cosme Cebrian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Aston Villa F.C booed when Octopus CW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Sayveon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Aston Villa F.C's Cristo Milian in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Pablo Ruy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Guillem, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 76th minute, Cristo Milian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aston Villa F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Cristo Milian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Cosme Cebrian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Evangelista was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Aston Villa F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
