Alejandro Ospin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Arnau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desiderio Arnau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Alejandro Ospin made a huge save. 31 minutes into the match, ComodinFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Innocenzio came free, but Bartolo Pelagius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baudrix's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ComodinFC the free kick. In the 36th minute, one of Baudrix:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Baudrix. When the match had been going on for 38 minutes, ComodinFC's Damaso Chico got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alejandro Ospin. Ignacio Innocenzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Robustiano Bertin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bartolo Pelagius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play.
