Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gregorio Eate started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Catapla FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Vigil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th minute Hilario Rio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Thomas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Thomas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Casado, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Capillitas's Aristides Thomas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Rio in the 11th minute of play. Capillitas's Gregorio Eate was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 15th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 19th minute of the match Marcelo Baladi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aristides Thomas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Capillitas's Aristides Thomas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Caradaro in the 21st minute of play. Gregorio Eate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gregorio Eate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jonathan Vigil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernan Ireno hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th match minute, Capillitas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Mark to maneuver through the defense. Gregorio Eate who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Vigil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Evangelista in the 30th minute of play forced Catapla FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Vigil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Capillitas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregorio Eate was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 44 played minutes, Catapla FC's Candido Calvino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aristides Thomas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Catapla FC reached it. Gregorio Eate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hilario Rio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Uriel Evangelista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santos Frechoso shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 60th minute Hilario Rio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Thomas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Gregorio Eate made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Vigil. Catapla FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Vladimiro Aureo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Vigil came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Capillitas's Gregorio Eate. But to his dismay, Gregorio Eate quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvano Casado got free with Aristides Thomas in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Silvano Casado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catapla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Casado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Thomas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelo Baladi hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Gregorio Eate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jonathan Vigil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Vigil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Eate in the 89th minute of the match. Rodolfo Isias was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 93 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, one of Capillitas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Capillitas.
