Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gustavo Maju made the kick off which started today's match. Isaac Oliviero hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Serafin Domenec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Maju, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute of the match Raul Sagrario sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gavino Frantzes skillfully saved the ball. Resistencia AFC's Serafin Domenec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Resistencia AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute of the match, Benjamin Aresti got a very nice opportunity to score, but Serafin Domenec was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Inocencio Patxi scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gavino Frantzes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the game, Oscar Edorta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Resistencia AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chasicó the free kick. Oscar Edorta hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Gustavo Maju kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Benjamin Aresti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Resistencia AFC's zone, Gustavo Maju stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Domenec came out of the goal and Gustavo Maju tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isaac Oliviero took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gavino Frantzes. Gavino Frantzes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When Chasicó's Gustavo Maju in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Resistencia AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Benjamin Aresti came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Serafin Domenec could save by the left post. The Chasicó players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Resistencia AFC were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Inocencio Patxi made a kick off. Pastor Faro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Domenec having to interfere. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Resistencia AFC's goalkeeper Serafin Domenec, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Benjamin Aresti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chasicó fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Isaac Oliviero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Gavino Frantzes made a huge save. Serafin Domenec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Aresti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Resistencia AFC's Serafin Domenec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Maju in the 77th minute of play. When Oscar Edorta was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. Benjamin Aresti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Aresti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Gustavo Maju had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafin Domenec. Resistencia AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Maju was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Serafin Domenec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Aresti in the 89th minute of play. The Chasicó fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Chasicó's Gustavo Maju looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee ended the match the Chasicó players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
