Enzo Niva hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Lucila in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaudencio Egun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chañares AFC's Ivo do Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Chañares AFC from getting a goal against them. 32 minutes into the match, Segundo Weterio notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Pérez's Gaudencio Egun. After some careless play in the Pérez defense, Ernesto Lucila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaudencio Egun. The Pérez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaudencio Egun should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Erlantz in the 65th minute of play forced Chañares AFC's goalkeeper Ivo do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Chañares AFC's Inocencio Raitin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gaudencio Egun. That made the score 0-7 after 67 minutes of play. Cafu Valadares struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Gaudencio Egun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chañares AFC. 72 minutes into the match, Pérez's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Lucila came free, but Gaudencio Egun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inocencio Raitin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gaudencio Egun came out and tried to block the shot, but Inocencio Raitin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 89th minute. Ernesto Lucila in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gaudencio Egun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gaudencio Egun made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Ernesto Lucila sent off a good shot on target.
