Spectators: 6647 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 0) Berisso's Alfonso Jurgi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alfonso Jurgi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Serafin Oalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The goalkeeper, Serafin Oalo, was totally fooled by Berisso's Nunez Gervaso, who 7 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 11th minute Jacinto Distiratsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Gilen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berisso's Jimeno Gilen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Distiratsu in the 13th minute of play. Cleto Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Serafin Oalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfonso Jurgi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. REYES's Serafin Oalo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save REYES from getting a goal against them. Serafin Oalo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cleto Franco in the 29th minute. Alfonso Jurgi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleto Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Oalo having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, REYES's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Jurgi came free, but Serafin Oalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When REYES's Jacinto Distiratsu in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Berisso's goalie prevented a goal. 44 minutes into the game, REYES's Braulio Peli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jimeno Gilen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Berisso's zone, Braulio Peli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Gilen came out of the goal and Braulio Peli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacinto Distiratsu was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, REYES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Sanduru to maneuver through the defense. Nunez Gervaso was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Jacinto Distiratsu put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jimeno Gilen. In the 61st minute of the match Roberto Kimetz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jimeno Gilen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Berisso's Pablo Bastia got a free kick in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the match, REYES's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Jurgi came free, but Serafin Oalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had been going on for 69 minutes, REYES's Julian Txartiko got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jimeno Gilen. If Braulio Peli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Distiratsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Gilen having to interfere. With his leg Jimeno Gilen managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when REYES's Braulio Peli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jimeno Gilen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Distiratsu in the 83rd minute of play. After 86 played minutes REYES got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Francesco. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Berisso's goalkeeper Jimeno Gilen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gualterio Baleren charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gualterio Baleren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Berisso getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gualterio Baleren hit a great ball. Jacinto Distiratsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Gaston Lain fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berisso's protests and gave Gaston Lain a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, Gaston Lain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Distiratsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Jimeno Gilen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched REYES eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
