After a rather tough play, Vito Corleone FC's Gabriel Urdaspal got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 4 minutes into the game, when Marciano Taurino put in a rough tackle. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vito Corleone FC! When Samuca Paranaense came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Vito Corleone FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuca Paranaense couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Amadeo Irrintzi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Inocencio Dei, 1-0. Amadeo Irrintzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Dei having to interfere. Inocencio Dei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeo Irrintzi in the 30th minute. Deportivo Mainque's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Braulio Oro scored to the left of an out of position Inocencio Dei, making the score, 2-0. The supporters of Vito Corleone FC booed when Deportivo Mainque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Cordarrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th match minute, Vito Corleone FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuca Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. Julio Cordarrel kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amadeo Irrintzi got free with Inocencio Dei in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amadeo Irrintzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inocencio Dei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeo Irrintzi ran back to his position shaking his head. Roman Gaxan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Lorien in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Garoa made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Mainque's zone, Amadeo Irrintzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Dei came out of the goal and Amadeo Irrintzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samuca Paranaense blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Inocencio Dei having to make a save. In the 55th minute Amadeo Irrintzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Dei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Garoa charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentin Garoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amadeo Irrintzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Inocencio Dei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vito Corleone FC's Amadeo Irrintzi got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the game, one of Deportivo Mainque:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Vito Corleone FC a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amadeo Irrintzi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Deportivo Mainque's Inocencio Dei. 3-0. The supporters of Deportivo Mainque booed when Vito Corleone FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuca Paranaense didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vito Corleone FC's goalkeeper Roman Gaxan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miguel Quirze kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Valentin Garoa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Vito Corleone FC's Roman Gaxan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Garoa in the 77th minute of play. If Amadeo Irrintzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Urdaspal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Dei having to interfere. Amadeo Irrintzi struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Inocencio Dei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vito Corleone FC. The supporters of Deportivo Mainque booed when Vito Corleone FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuca Paranaense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Cordarrel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo Irrintzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Irrintzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Inocencio Dei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
