Spectators: 7153 (Terracing: 5366, Seating: 1645, VIP seats: 142) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pablo Orlondon kicked off to start the match. Adrian Refugio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Bertol in the 7th minute of the match. Adrian Refugio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 16th minute Federico Bertol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Refugio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Refugio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Bertol in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Ismael Raulo managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Veleta de Caballito's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Raulo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Dolfos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, Tim Hauvers dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Apolo Dolfos, 1-0. Adrian Refugio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Orlondon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Refugio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Bertol in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Santo Odon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rústico FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Federico Bertol took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Refugio. Adrian Refugio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Rústico FC's Apolo Dolfos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Raulo in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicanor Lazcano was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of La Veleta de Caballito booed when Rústico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Décio Loyola didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute Pablo Orlondon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Refugio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santo Odon took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Refugio. Adrian Refugio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Colas got free with Adrian Refugio in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La Veleta de Caballito's Adrian Refugio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save La Veleta de Caballito from getting a goal against them. Everardo Madaleno hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Apolo Dolfos came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by La Veleta de Caballito's Nicanor Lazcano. But to his dismay, Nicanor Lazcano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Federico Bertol took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Adrian Refugio to make any attempt to save it. After 77 minutes, Maximo Berart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Veleta de Caballito and the Rústico FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rústico FC's Germano Favoretto was substituted for Mieszko Ferfecki. In the 78th minute, Maximo Berart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 played minutes Rústico FC got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Cebrian. Adrian Refugio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Décio Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Federico Bertol took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Adrian Refugio to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice moves Augusto Colas could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Adrian Refugio however easily saved by the left post. With his leg Adrian Refugio managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Rústico FC's Augusto Colas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the final whistle sounded Rústico FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La Veleta de Caballito.
