Leopoldo Santos scored 1-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Katia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the BAMI defense, Leopoldo Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Katia. The BAMI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Katia should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute, Hugo Napier reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Manuel Corderun. The goal made the score 2-3. Camilo Katia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

Camilo Katia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Nesto in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Leopoldo Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Leopoldo Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hugo Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 57th minute, Cipriano Raymond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the La Ve Azulada Fútbol Club defense, Hugo Napier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Corderun. The La Ve Azulada Fútbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Corderun should have stopped the shot. A collision led to BAMI getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Zacarias Chap hit a great ball. Camilo Katia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Nesto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Guaberto Blai in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Ve Azulada Fútbol Club's Fulgencio Nesto. Leopoldo Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Camilo Katia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, one of BAMI:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BAMI. When the match had been going on for 76 minutes, La Ve Azulada Fútbol Club's Adolfo Tiso got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Camilo Katia. La Ve Azulada Fútbol Club's Cipriano Raymond got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When La Ve Azulada Fútbol Club's Leopoldo Santos in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. BAMI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Leopoldo Santos scored to the left of an out of position Camilo Katia, making the score, 4-5. The BAMI fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. La Ve Azulada Fútbol Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
