The goal made the score 1-1. 10 minutes into the game, Clara Futbol Club's Artemio Otoniel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilfredo Aguirre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Wilfredo Aguirre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Otoniel in the 13th minute of the match. Christian Lehoi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Olando came out and tried to block the shot, but Christian Lehoi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 17th minute. Efrain Egoitz had several of the Clara Futbol Club's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-3 score and a disappointed Pedro Olando as he didn't even see the shot coming. 26 minutes into the match, Efrain Egoitz notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Clara Futbol Club's Pedro Olando. Pedro Olando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute, Christian Lehoi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Olando. The goal made the score 5-3. Christian Lehoi struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Pedro Olando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reyes. Pedro Olando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Lehoi in the 43rd minute of play. Clara Futbol Club's Pedro Olando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Lehoi in the 47th minute of play. Efrain Egoitz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pedro Olando firmly grabbed it by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacobo Enekoitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Jacobo Enekoitz notched a goal, 6-4, to the right of Reyes's Wilfredo Aguirre. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Olando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilfredo Aguirre made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Julian Urtungo sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Olando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Efrain Egoitz went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-4 was the resulting score. In the 78th minute of the match Cristo Matthew sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Olando skillfully saved the ball. After 81 played minutes Clara Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Francho. In the 82nd minute Efrain Egoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Olando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Christian Lehoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clara Futbol Club's Pedro Olando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Olando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Egoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The audience was convinced that Efrain Egoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Olando was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Lehoi in the 95th minute of play forced Clara Futbol Club's goalkeeper Pedro Olando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Reyes were the better team. Reyes's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
