Mojón AFC's Adolfo Udalaitz got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ciriaco Hodei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Eulalio Casado put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Iker Chuse. Iker Chuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Bilintx, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Casado in the 17th minute of play forced Mojón AFC's goalkeeper Iker Chuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenio Horado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mojón AFC.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eulalio Casado to make the kick off. Iker Chuse came out and tried to block the shot, but Eulalio Casado slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 87th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Eulalio Casado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iker Chuse. Eulalio Casado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6.
