Spectators: 7035 (Terracing: 5296, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 139) Dream Team FC's Jacobo Rosario started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Jacobo Rosario left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dream Team FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 9 minutes into the game, Braulio Odon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Faro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dream Team FC the free kick. In the 9th match minute, Faro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Odon to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute of the match, Jacobo Rosario got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nemesio Beltran was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dream Team FC's Jose Ibar got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nemesio Beltran made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Jacobo Rosario sent off a good shot on target. Isidro Lekubegi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Odon in the 24th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Isidro Ihintza put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Isidro Lekubegi. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Isidro Ihintza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Faro's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Ihintza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidro Lekubegi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Honorato Dolcet made in the 38th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jacobo Rosario. If Jacobo Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 42nd minute, Ivan Frutos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the game, Faro's Isidro Ihintza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isidro Lekubegi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After the first half Faro were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidro Ihintza to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Isidro Ihintza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isidro Lekubegi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcelo Paul kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Dream Team FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Honorato Dolcet hit a great ball. Isidro Ihintza charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidro Ihintza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Faro getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Isidro Ihintza hit a great ball. Braulio Odon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Isidro Lekubegi came out and tried to block the shot, but Braulio Odon slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 61st minute. Gilberto Quintin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Lekubegi having to interfere. The supporters of Dream Team FC booed when Faro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Paul didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jacobo Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Isidro Ihintza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Braulio Odon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jose Ibar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nemesio Beltran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Paul charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Paul the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes Dream Team FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Indartsu. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Faro eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
