Candelaria FC's Isidoro Bermudo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Candelaria FC from getting a goal against them. Antonio Bertin kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Orlando Madeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Madeo got in the 26th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Isidoro Bermudo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Isidoro Bermudo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Madeo. Nacate's Orlando Madeo got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isidoro Bermudo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. After a rather tough play, Candelaria FC's Santos Arnalt got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 59th minute Orlando Madeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Orlando Madeo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Orlando Madeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isidoro Bermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Madeo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Madeo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Bermudo having to interfere. Orlando Madeo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despite this Isidoro Bermudo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Orlando Madeo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Bermudo having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Esteban Fanuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
