Alvaro Artaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Tiniebra, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. BOEDO JUNIORS's Osvaldo Tiniebra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alvaro Artaldo. That made the score 1-0 after 24 minutes of play. Alvaro Artaldo made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Saul Gonsalve sent off a good shot on target. C.A. BOEDO JUNIORS's Rolando Dolfo suffered a sore thigh after 30 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Segundo Giraldo fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Matorrales's protests and gave Segundo Giraldo a yellow card for diving instead. Segundo Giraldo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute of the match Domingos Acevedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto Salvator skillfully saved the ball. In the 37th minute, Isaias Galoer made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Salvator. C.A. BOEDO JUNIORS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osvaldo Tiniebra to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Matorrales's Efrain Gaur got a free kick in the 61st minute. 68 minutes into the match, C.A. BOEDO JUNIORS's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Galoer came free, but Alberto Salvator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andres Ralondo's late challenge caught a Matorrales's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andres Ralondo helped the player get up and apologised. Alberto Salvator was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isaias Galoer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 86 minute of play.
