Alvaro Artaldo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 36th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Constantino Rosario. 42 minutes into the match, Matorrales's Isaias Galoer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonas Normando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Matorrales's Domingos Acevedo got a free kick in the 44th minute. Celedonio Eleder came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alvaro Artaldo could save by the left post. In the 90th minute, Segundo Giraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Segundo Giraldo hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. The Miramar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Matorrales's performance. The match ended with a win for Matorrales.
