Spectators: 6296 (Terracing: 5296, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dario Ibon got the match started through his kick off. If Zacarias Martxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 5th minute, Dario Ibon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th match minute, Caitaco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Txilar to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 19 in the game by Zacarias Martxot from a close distance when the talented Eusebio Gartxot managed to make a qualified save. Deportivo's players were relieved. Arturo Rodas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Lohitzun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfonso Bide kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Caitaco FC's Dario Ibon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eusebio Gartxot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Zacarias Martxot came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Caitaco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zacarias Martxot couldn't finish the play. Matias Aztore's late challenge caught a Caitaco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matias Aztore helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Deportivo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Caitaco FC. Ildefonso Cebrian stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eusebio Gartxot. 1-0. In the 37th minute Gaudencio Constancio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Rodas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebio Gartxot made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Zacarias Martxot sent off a good shot on target. Eusebio Gartxot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Ibon's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Lohitzun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Samuel Lohitzun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Rodas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Zacarias Martxot came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Caitaco FC fans jumped to their feet. One of Caitaco FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Deportivo:s goal. Hipolito Abecia shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 69th minute Zacarias Martxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Caitaco FC's Octavio Txilar got a free kick in the 70th minute. Arturo Rodas made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Gaudencio Constancio sent off a good shot on target. Enrique Musko's late challenge caught a Caitaco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enrique Musko helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Deportivo got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Musko. Zacarias Martxot struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Eusebio Gartxot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caitaco FC. Gaudencio Constancio might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arturo Rodas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaudencio Constancio ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Deportivo defense, Zacarias Martxot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eusebio Gartxot. The Deportivo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eusebio Gartxot should have stopped the shot. Zacarias Martxot struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Eusebio Gartxot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caitaco FC. Deportivo's Eusebio Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Ibon in the 92nd minute of play. With a little luck, Caitaco FC's Arturo Rodas got control of the ball when Gaudencio Constancio tried to sneak it across the goal line.
