In the 8th play minute Felipe Lizbeth came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Orlando Olentzaro. 1-0. Fulgencio Blai hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Eriberto Urki struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Orlando Olentzaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aguirre FC. In the 14th minute Eriberto Urki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Olentzaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernan Abella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Salomon in the 16th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Aguirre FC's Eriberto Urki dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Orlando Olentzaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Urki, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Orlando Olentzaro made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Felipe Lizbeth sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aguirre FC's goalkeeper Fernan Abella, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fernan Abella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Salomon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Salomon took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernan Abella. Fernan Abella dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eriberto Urki to make the kick off. Amadeo Orzaize succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 55th playminute. 60 minutes into the match, Aguirre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Salomon came free, but Fernan Abella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Amadeo Orzaize had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aguirre FC's goalkeeper Fernan Abella, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fernan Abella stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos Salomon's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Felipe Lizbeth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Felipe Lizbeth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Lizbeth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Orlando Olentzaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eriberto Urki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Salomon in the 97th minute of play forced Aguirre FC's goalkeeper Fernan Abella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
