Spectators: 7122 (Terracing: 5343, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Victor Lekubegi kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Victor Lekubegi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Zyrach Qra's zone, Julio Abarca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lisandro Telmo came out of the goal and Julio Abarca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jairo Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Burutzagi in the 14th minute of the match. Jairo Belmiro came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Zyrach Qra's Astor Burutzagi. But to his dismay, Astor Burutzagi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Victor Lekubegi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 27 minutes, Lino Lesardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Thsabalala Mas Diez and the Zyrach Qra players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Romulo Orlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Zyrach Qra's Lisandro Telmo got control of the ball when Victor Lekubegi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute Nestor Vermudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Telmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Everardo Ovando during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th match minute, Zyrach Qra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Ovando to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the game, Victor Lekubegi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lisandro Telmo. Victor Lekubegi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Astor Burutzagi to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Thsabalala Mas Diez booed when Zyrach Qra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Lehior didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zyrach Qra's zone, Felix Gitano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lisandro Telmo came out of the goal and Felix Gitano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Igor Orlo got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Silvestre Roderigo. Thsabalala Mas Diez's Victor Lekubegi got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thsabalala Mas Diez's Nestor Vermudo got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Thsabalala Mas Diez's goalkeeper Jairo Belmiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Astor Burutzagi. Carlos Araoz charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Araoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Zyrach Qra fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! Lisandro Telmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Lekubegi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
