After a defensive mix-up in Cangrejillos AFC's zone, Gervasio Guillen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godofredo Urtsua came out of the goal and Gervasio Guillen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eleuterio Escobar charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Escobar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eleuterio Escobar hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Godofredo Urtsua made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Gervasio Guillen sent off a good shot on target. Gervasio Guillen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Godofredo Urtsua made a huge save. 36 minutes into the game, Nueva Chicago's Gervasio Guillen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Modesto Sesuldo in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nunez Rosario saved Nueva Chicago from getting behind. In the 78th minute, Aurelio Bernaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nunez Rosario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Sesuldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80thth minute of the game Leonel Millano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cangrejillos AFC's Godofredo Urtsua was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Cangrejillos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Guillen came free, but Godofredo Urtsua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleuterio Escobar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Nunez Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nueva Chicago were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cangrejillos AFC for a fine match.
