Lorenzo Dino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Humberto Hori during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Pirro got free with Celso Florin in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Barranca FC's Celso Florin got control of the ball when Humberto Hori tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cosme Chus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Dino, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Lorenzo Dino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Barranca FC's Augusto Etxepare got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute of the match Gustavo Remigio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celso Florin skillfully saved the ball. Barranca FC's Celso Florin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Barranca FC from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Conrado Pero hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Feliberto Piorno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barranca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Piorno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Florin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Ramos in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Sebastian Muc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andacollo's Gustavo Remigio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Barranca FC. In the 88th minute Robustiano Otoniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Florin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Robustiano Otoniel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celso Florin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Andacollo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Barranca FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
