When Elias Eutor fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mazaredo FC's protests and gave Elias Eutor a yellow card for diving instead. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rolando Fagildo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 46th minute Aldo Venceslao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Olivar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaudencio Pacifico made a kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaudencio Pacifico couldn't finish the play. Nestor Garaona made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Zeledon Matro sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Fagildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Pacifico in the 90th minute of the match. Gaucho Argentino's Rolando Fagildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Olivar in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Gaucho Argentino's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Olivar came free, but Rolando Fagildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mazaredo FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
