Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ricardo Giraldo took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 played minutes Palantelén AFC got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Seguinus. When Modesto Eron came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Palantelén AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Eron couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, Orlando Tancredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Palantelén AFC's Maximiliano Udalaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafino Franco in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Freddy Emesto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute Serafino Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Udalaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prudencio Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Eron in the 18th minute of play. Serafino Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximiliano Udalaitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Giraldo's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Maximiliano Udalaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Emesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apolo Orain during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maximiliano Udalaitz went to the wrong direction when Freddy Emesto was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Serafino Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Udalaitz having to interfere. A collision led to Polledo getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Serafino Franco hit a great ball. After 36 minutes, Serafino Franco made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Palantelén AFC's Maximiliano Udalaitz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 46 minutes, Freddy Emesto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polledo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Emesto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

After 54th play minutes Ricardo Giraldo shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Maximiliano Udalaitz and just under the crossbar into goal. Freddy Emesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Primitivo Seguinus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximiliano Udalaitz made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Freddy Emesto sent off a good shot on target. Maximiliano Udalaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Timo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Polledo booed when Palantelén AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Tancredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Freddy Emesto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polledo's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Emesto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Udalaitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Leonides Cerilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute of the match, Serafino Franco tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maximiliano Udalaitz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 77th match minute, Polledo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Timo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Polledo getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Humberto Timo hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Ricardo Giraldo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ricardo Giraldo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Maximiliano Udalaitz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Modesto Eron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Palantelén AFC's goalkeeper Maximiliano Udalaitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Palantelén AFC's Maximiliano Udalaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Palantelén AFC from getting a goal against them. The Palantelén AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Polledo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
