Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rogelio Cai made the kick off and thus started the match. Elertondo's Conrado Ladio got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Ishmael took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Siro Montel. Siro Montel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Siro Montel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rogelio Cai's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Barros Schelloto in the 21st minute of play forced Elertondo's goalkeeper Siro Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elertondo's Siro Montel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Escobar in the 23rd minute of play. Pedro Ishmael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Siro Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siro Montel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Cai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogelio Cai in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Siro Montel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Siro Montel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rogelio Cai's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. If Rogelio Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siro Montel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nunez Foro to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Elertondo's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Cai came free, but Siro Montel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guillermo Barros Schelloto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Siro Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriana Inautzi in the 68th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Rogelio Cai managed to get in a good position for a shot. 5 de Mayo's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogelio Cai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siro Montel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Pedro Ishmael had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Siro Montel. Elertondo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Ishmael was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. 79 minutes into the match, Elertondo's goalkeeper Siro Montel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rogelio Cai. Siro Montel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Barros Schelloto in the 85th minute.
