In the 3rd minute, Domenico Pavlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elias Criston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Mambru having to interfere. In the 7th minute of the match David Fe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carolo Mambru skillfully saved the ball. When Everardo Chano fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Khan FC's protests and gave Everardo Chano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Khan FC's goalkeeper Samuel Turi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domenico Pavlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Carolo Mambru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolo Mambru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Criston in the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Dolavón FC's zone, Domenico Pavlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Mambru came out of the goal and Domenico Pavlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Elias Criston fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Khan FC's protests and gave Elias Criston a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes Khan FC got a freekick which was hit by Elias Criston. After having played for 27 minutes, Martin Ofelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Ofelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Khan FC's Domenico Pavlu in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dolavón FC's goalie prevented a goal. 32 minutes into the match, Dolavón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domenico Pavlu came free, but Carolo Mambru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domenico Pavlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Carolo Mambru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Khan FC's Generoso Rivero got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Domenico Pavlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carolo Mambru was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. If Julian Truylos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domenico Pavlu in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carolo Mambru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Khan FC's Samuel Turi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Khan FC from getting a goal against them. 45 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Evis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Samuel Turi. Rigoberto Evis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Domenico Pavlu made the kick off in the second half. Domenico Pavlu in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carolo Mambru, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Domenico Pavlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Carolo Mambru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elias Criston might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carolo Mambru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Criston ran back to his position shaking his head. Carolo Mambru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Pavlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Khan FC's Elias Criston got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 69 minutes into the game, Khan FC's Domenico Pavlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carolo Mambru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 72 minutes into the game, Marcial Argider cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Samuel Turi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Samuel Turi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Evis in the 75th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Domenico Pavlu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carolo Mambru. Domenico Pavlu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. Domenico Pavlu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Carolo Mambru when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Chano in the 90th minute of play forced Dolavón FC's goalkeeper Carolo Mambru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carolo Mambru was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Domenico Pavlu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 92 minute of play. In the 98th minute Elias Criston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Mambru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
