A collision led to BiRRONN AC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Jeronimo Illan hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Hormiguero's Edgardo Giraldo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Astor Berriotxoa to make the kick off. Samuel Feliu made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Bonifacio Fertus sent off a good shot on target. Virgilio Lugo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Dalmai in the 53rd minute of the match. Samuel Feliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Hotz in the 60th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, BiRRONN AC's Bernardo Hotz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. After 75 played minutes Club Atletico Hormiguero got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Dalmai. With a little luck, Club Atletico Hormiguero's Samuel Feliu got control of the ball when Bonifacio Fertus tried to sneak it across the goal line.
