The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Valines got free with Florentino Izotz in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 21 minutes, Oscar Valines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nirvana F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Valines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Generoso Procopio during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Generoso Procopio hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Dalmacio Hondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Cordarryl in the 26th minute of play forced Nirvana F.C's goalkeeper Dalmacio Hondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Hondo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fulgencio Rodriguez's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Oscar Valines had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florentino Izotz. Dennehy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Valines was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Oscar Valines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adolfo Tanio kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Oscar Valines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute Fulgencio Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Hondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Dennehy's zone, Oscar Valines stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florentino Izotz came out of the goal and Oscar Valines tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd match minute, Dennehy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Cordarryl to maneuver through the defense. Oscar Valines who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Florentino Izotz when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

Florentino Izotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Valines in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Dennehy defense, Oscar Valines kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florentino Izotz. The Dennehy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florentino Izotz should have stopped the shot. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dennehy fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! After a rather tough play, Nirvana F.C's Sixto Su got a free kick in the 64th minute. Florentino Izotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Valines in the 66th minute of the match. Dalmacio Hondo made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Fulgencio Rodriguez sent off a good shot on target. Dalmacio Hondo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Salvador Chaime showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 84 minute of play. After 94 played minutes Dennehy got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Tanio. In the 97th minute, Fulgencio Rodriguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Nirvana F.C were the better team. Nirvana F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
