In the last second Benito Criston throw himself and got hold of the ball when Evaristo Luar in the 16thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 18th minute, Porvenir Talleres V.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jorge Dalmai fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Artemio Misael hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Leon Beturian, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Jorge Dalmai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Criston. Porvenir Talleres V.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Dalmai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Conrado Sazon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidoro Isias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Conrado Sazon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Evaristo Luar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Criston came out and tried to block the shot, but Evaristo Luar slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 39th minute. Mateo Rameriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Isias having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evaristo Luar to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Jorge Dalmai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Benito Criston was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Norberto Jurgi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Denis Pasqual fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Criston having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Porvenir Talleres V.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Luar came free, but Benito Criston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorge Dalmai in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Criston saved Porvenir Talleres V.C. from getting behind. If Evaristo Luar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ampolla fans cheered their team off the field, for while Porvenir Talleres V.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
