Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Casablanca's Benicio Lorenz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elias Lobo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Carolo Tauro, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Virgilio Francesco made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Ramon Moise sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Jurdan in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Francesco saved Casablanca from getting behind. Ramon Moise blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgilio Francesco having to make a save. In the 14thth minute of the game Gavino Jurdan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casablanca's Virgilio Francesco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Virgilio Francesco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Moise in the 15th minute. Elias Lobo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Caseros AFC's Armando Castulo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virgilio Francesco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Elias Lobo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Lorenz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Jurdan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ramon Moise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Cleto Xabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Caseros AFC's Gavino Jurdan in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Casablanca's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Dalmacio Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casablanca's supporters rose to their feet, but Dalmacio Marques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Lobo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ramon Moise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramon Moise came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Virgilio Francesco could save by the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gavino Jurdan was the one to do the kick off. Virgilio Francesco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Moise's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Jurdan in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Francesco saved Casablanca from getting behind. Ramon Moise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Francesco having to interfere. Cleto Xabier hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Ramon Moise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Virgilio Francesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Casablanca's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Moise came free, but Virgilio Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ramon Moise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casablanca's Virgilio Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Jurdan in the 72nd minute of play. Virgilio Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Jurdan in the 76th minute of play. Benicio Lorenz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Elias Lobo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blas Ortle charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blas Ortle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Blas Ortle hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Virgilio Francesco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Moise in the 90th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Casablanca players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Caseros AFC.
