Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pichincha FC's Miguel Tajo started the match with a crisp pass. Danilo Estavan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, Pichincha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Estavan to maneuver through the defense. Niceto Frederico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timoteo Galoer in the 17th minute. Isaac Breogan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Frederico having to interfere. Miguel Tajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Enrique Peio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Dario Mendiko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Enrique Peio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Timoteo Galoer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrialito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Galoer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Frederico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Galoer got free with Niceto Frederico in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Niceto Frederico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Breogan, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrialito FC's goalkeeper Enrique Peio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th match minute, Barrialito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Vigil to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Tajo struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Enrique Peio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pichincha FC. If Miguel Tajo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Tajo in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Peio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46th minute, Dario Mendiko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Peio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Breogan to make the kick off. Timoteo Galoer might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niceto Frederico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timoteo Galoer ran back to his position shaking his head. Enrique Peio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Tajo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Dario Mendiko's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Enrique Peio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Enrique Peio managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Pichincha FC's Dario Mendiko fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Miguel Tajo had several of the Barrialito FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 61 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Enrique Peio as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 65th minute, Timoteo Galoer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miguel Tajo had several of the Barrialito FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 69 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Enrique Peio as he didn't even see the shot coming. 74 minutes into the match, Barrialito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Tajo came free, but Enrique Peio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barrialito FC's Enrique Peio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Tajo in the 78th minute of play. Dario Mendiko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
