Cecilio Martxot came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Quetrequile AFC's Javier Valiente. But to his dismay, Javier Valiente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cecilio Martxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Kepa, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Quetrequile AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaspar Sadurni was slow to take the kick. During this time Mandisoví FC's players had a chance to rest. Cecilio Martxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Itzaina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Videl in the 62nd minute of the match. 2-3 became the score in the 63rd minute when Bonifacio Oihan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rafael Itzaina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaspar Sadurni went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. After 78 played minutes Mandisoví FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Sadurni. After some careless play in the Mandisoví FC defense, Fernando Kepa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cecilio Martxot. The Mandisoví FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cecilio Martxot should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Quetrequile AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
