Spectators: 7174 (Terracing: 5382, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enrique Mouricio started the match with the kick off. Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s Jan-Ove Billvall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Naranja Mecanica F.C. from getting a goal against them. Edgardo Muno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jan-Ove Billvall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Herena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Ove Billvall having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s goalkeeper Jan-Ove Billvall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lisandro Herena. With a little luck, Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s Jan-Ove Billvall got control of the ball when Placido Astigar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enrique Mouricio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 18 minutes into the match, Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Muno came free, but Jan-Ove Billvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Animas's Amador Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Mouricio in the 26th minute of play. Enrique Mouricio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A throw-in in the 29th minute of the game was made by Orlando Ciano with Edgardo Muno as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s goalkeeper Jan-Ove Billvall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Lisandro Herena made a precise shot to the right of Jan-Ove Billvall. Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Eduardo Tallia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Animas's attentive Efrain Louis managed to snatch the ball when Cesar Urko made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. Jan-Ove Billvall came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Animas's Placido Astigar. But to his dismay, Placido Astigar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s Jan-Ove Billvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Sugar in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Lisandro Herena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Billvall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 minutes of play, Animas's Placido Astigar made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Ove Billvall was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jan-Ove Billvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Astigar, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Jan-Ove Billvall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Herena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute Placido Astigar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Billvall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Herena came free, but Jan-Ove Billvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Naranja Mecanica F.C. defense, Placido Astigar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Ove Billvall. The Naranja Mecanica F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Ove Billvall should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s goalkeeper Jan-Ove Billvall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Placido Astigar succeeded in the game's 93rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. Animas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
