Alto Valle Futbol's Octavio Jakobe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Salbatore in the 8th minute of play. Dionisio Mattin succeeded in the game's 13th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After some careless play in the Alto Valle Futbol defense, Eloy Osoitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Octavio Jakobe. The Alto Valle Futbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Octavio Jakobe should have stopped the shot. Eloy Osoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24thth minute of the game Generoso Salbatore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alto Valle Futbol's Octavio Jakobe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Mattin got free with Bernardino Botello in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Goyena's Bernardino Botello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Goyena from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Goyena's Aquiles Orlo got a free kick in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Goyena's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Haritzeder came free, but Bernardino Botello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Eulalio Haritzeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Botello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Eulalio Haritzeder made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match, Generoso Salbatore got a very nice opportunity to score, but Octavio Jakobe was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bernardino Botello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Haritzeder in the 55th minute of play. Bernardino Botello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Mattin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alto Valle Futbol's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Flavio Lico in the 59th minute. It was a well-played corner which Roque Aguilera managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Bernardino Botello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Haritzeder in the 62nd minute of the match. Goyena's Generoso Salbatore got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Alto Valle Futbol booed when Goyena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Orlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Goyena's Eloy Osoitz got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dionisio Mattin charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dionisio Mattin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, Dionisio Mattin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eloy Osoitz struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Octavio Jakobe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goyena. If Generoso Salbatore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Generoso Salbatore got free with Octavio Jakobe in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Goyena's Eloy Osoitz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Octavio Jakobe. That made the score 1-2 after 77 minutes of play. In the 82nd minute, Goyena's Generoso Salbatore ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Octavio Jakobe. Octavio Jakobe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Eulalio Haritzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Botello having to interfere. Aquiles Orlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Alto Valle Futbol getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Abel Bela hit a great ball. Bernardino Botello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Haritzeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 96 played minutes Goyena got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Guzman. When the match was over Goyena could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Alto Valle Futbol throughout the match.
