Club Somisa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Jerrald was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 19th minute, Victor Baristo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ipizca AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Godofredo Baraquiel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Somisa's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Baraquiel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeronimo Abecia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silverio Bembe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejandro Cordarrell came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Artemio Michael could save by the left post. Jeronimo Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Baraquiel in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Jenaro in the 83rd minute of play forced Ipizca AFC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Abecia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
