Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Baristo in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Gines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Justino Cordarrel, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 21 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jeronimo Abecia was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Prospero Gomesano was extremely unlucky when he, in the 25th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Victor Baristo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Vicente Gines. 29 minutes into the game, Teodoro Jerrald was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ipizca AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RACING CLUB the free kick. The supporters of Ipizca AFC booed when RACING CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Luken didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ipizca AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
