In the 6th minute Igor Florin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Tanio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Tanio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Ofelio in the 7th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Vicente Enol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Polo was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Vicente Enol scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Polo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Ofelio in the 24th minute of play forced Los panchos de Cerro's goalkeeper Samuel Tanio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conrado Ubelteso hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Florin in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Tanio saved Los panchos de Cerro from getting behind. The supporters of Los panchos de Cerro booed when Ranquilcó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Rodas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Enol didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 30th minute. Los panchos de Cerro's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 33 minutes into the game, Silvestre Blai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ranquilcó FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los panchos de Cerro the free kick. After 33 played minutes Ranquilcó FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Blai. In the 34th minute, Genaro Norino sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ranquilcó FC's Fernando Polo didn't even have to move. Silvestre Blai hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ranquilcó FC's Alvaro Estebe got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samuel Tanio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Estebe in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

In the 60thth minute of the game Vicente Enol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ranquilcó FC's Fernando Polo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st minute of the match, Igor Florin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Samuel Tanio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Samuel Tanio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Ofelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Igor Florin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Samuel Tanio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Simon Napier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Tanio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Florin in the 77th minute. Samuel Tanio made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Igor Florin sent off a good shot on target. When Alvaro Estebe came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Ranquilcó FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Estebe couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los panchos de Cerro's goalkeeper Samuel Tanio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ranquilcó FC's Alvaro Estebe got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Los panchos de Cerro's Samuel Tanio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Los panchos de Cerro from getting a goal against them. Gerardo Ofelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Tanio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerardo Ofelio ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivaylo Naydenov during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Florin got free with Samuel Tanio in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th minute Vicente Enol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los panchos de Cerro's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
