Alberto Ellande's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornelio Pello read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Cornelio Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Ellande in the 27th minute of play. Manuel Tauro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cornelio Pello. Udaquilla's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Udaquilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Hernando to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute of the match Manuel Tauro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cornelio Pello showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The audience was convinced that Alberto Ellande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cornelio Pello was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Udaquilla's zone, Jacobo Berbiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Pello came out of the goal and Jacobo Berbiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Cornelio Pello managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Panfletos CF's Jacobo Berbiz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 88th play minute Jacobo Berbiz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cornelio Pello. 1-4. Cornelio Pello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Panfletos CF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
