Mosen Carreira might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Dalmau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mosen Carreira ran back to his position shaking his head. Cecilio Dalmau came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Hafliger's Victoriano Nayely. But to his dismay, Victoriano Nayely quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Libertador Futbol Club defense, Esteve Rami kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cecilio Dalmau. The Libertador Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cecilio Dalmau should have stopped the shot. Mosen Carreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Dalmau having to interfere. Esteve Rami scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cecilio Dalmau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Libertador Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Nayely came free, but Cecilio Dalmau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Rami in the 23rd minute of play forced Libertador Futbol Club's goalkeeper Cecilio Dalmau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cecilio Dalmau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Rami in the 26th minute of the match. After 29 minutes, Damaso Bertin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Libertador Futbol Club and the Deportivo Hafliger players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Libertador Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Bertin to maneuver through the defense. When Deportivo Hafliger's Victoriano Nayely in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Hafliger's Esteve Rami got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Esteve Rami got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Esteve Rami might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Dalmau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Esteve Rami ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 63 minutes, Constantino Santo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Libertador Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantino Santo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Esteve Rami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st match minute, Libertador Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Bertin to maneuver through the defense. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 75th minute, but Cecilio Dalmau got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Libertador Futbol Club hanging dry this time. In the 76th minute Esteve Rami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Dalmau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Deportivo Hafliger's Esteve Rami nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cecilio Dalmau made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Esteve Rami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Libertador Futbol Club's Cecilio Dalmau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Rami in the 94th minute of play. Esteve Rami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Cecilio Dalmau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Hafliger played a much better game than Libertador Futbol Club and deserved their victory. The Libertador Futbol Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
